If you have questions about our services, accepted forms of insurance, our facility, or our physicians, please feel free to contact us during normal business hours by phone or at lakeshoreradiology@gmail.com. Regulations require encrypted messaging systems for confidential communications. Since our e-mail/text communications are not encrypted, it is the policy of Lakeshore Radiology Associates not to use e-mail/text for sharing confidential information.

Please keep in mind that communications via email over the internet are not secure. Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that the information you include in an email can be intercepted and read by other parties besides the person to whom it is addressed. Please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date, or personal medical information in any emails you send to us. No one can diagnose your condition from email or other written communications, and communication via our website cannot replace the relationship you have with a physician or another healthcare practitioner.

BILLING QUESTIONS

UPDATE 5/1/2024

Change Healthcare (a division of UnitedHealth Group), the billing and claims processing agency for Lakeshore Radiology, is down due to a cyber attack that took place on 2/21/2024. Systems began to be restored on 4/29/2024, though we still anticipate that it will take 1-2 more weeks to be fully operational.

As such, information regarding billing and payments from Lakeshore Radiology is not available. If you have questions about a bill and/or are concerned about a late payment, please know that because of this outage, a grace period will be applied to any current bills if needed.
